How we work
Gathering requirements
We sit down with you and figure out exactly what it is you want to achieve. We offer suggestions along the way and agree on a vision.
Planning
We come up with a plan of attack and work with you to decide the priorities. This is also where we figure out what it will cost and you can cut the things you don’t need.
Implementation
We go away and put our development hats on, make ourselves a big ol’ cup of coffee and get to it. Along the way we’ll discuss with you our progress and show you what we’ve done.
Results
Once we’ve completed the project we either hand it over to your team to manage or we can stay on and help you manage it.
